Provide T-shirts, transportation, and meals for all enrolled students.
Hire a qualified technical and teaching team, including at least one Black person in a leadership role.
Strengthen community bonds through collective musical practice and cultural coexistence in local spaces.
Contribute to the development of self-esteem and individual expression through art and musical performance.
Promote social inclusion and respect for diversity through educational experiences based on listening, care, and cooperation.
